Don't worry yourself too much. I remember the guy that used to sit next to me at work was so worried as the midwife kept going on how small their baby was and wasn't growing properly. I wouldn't worry, I was pretty much always 1 or 2 cm too small and our baby ended up being 7lb 15oz so obviously not so small after all!!
