We have only told family so far. The responses have all been good and positive (Some of the reading that I had done suggested we should be on the lookout for possible negative reactions!)

I am pleased to report that all has been well. I suppose I would have liked some more effusive comments but then againI think that some people just needed a moment for the news to sink in.

Oh, I have now made a note in my diary that the first scan is due in a couple of weeks. I imagine that things will seem more real then - to me as well as everyone else!
